Retired Swiss banker Pascal Najadi filed a criminal complaint against Swiss President Alain Berset, who held the office of the minister of health during the COVID crisis. The Attorney General of Switzerland has accepted the case to investigate President Berset. It is the first criminal case against a head of state for crimes committed related to the COVID ‘pandemic’.

Najadi’s Swiss mother is the grandniece of Rudolf Minger, the President of Switzerland before World War II. Najadi’s father, Hussain Najadi , was a Persian-Bahraini international banker and business developer who became a founding member of the European Management Forum, before he broke off with Klaus Schwab in 1987 and the Davos meeting was renamed the World Economic Forum (WEF). Pascal believes his father was assassinated in 2013 for reporting corruption in Malaysia (link).
Najadi, his wife, and mother all received three doses of the mRNA Pfizer jab.
Najadi researched statements by officials during the COVID crisis and found an August 3, 2021 interview by Virginie Masserey, head of infection control and vaccines at the Federal Office for Public Health (FOPH), who said, “vaccinated persons can transmit the disease as much as non-vaccinate persons.”
Three months later, on October 27, 2021, Berset went onto a national television show during prime time viewing hours and announced that those who have the Covid-19 vaccine cannot spread the virus. He said (in French) “With the certificate, you can show you are not contagious.”
Berset had overseen COVID polices that included lockdowns, mask mandates and the vaccine passport since March 2020. Berset made the comments ahead of a controversial vote on extending mobile vaccine certificates/passports that prohibited the unvaccinated from many activities and venues.
Najadi alleges that Berset knew that the COVID injections failed to stop the transmission of the virus, but he made false statements in public anyway.
In Switzerland, during period from January 2021 to 22 November 2022, 6,199 “serious cases” were reported to the vaccination regulatory agency Swissmedic, about 38% of all reports.
Najadi reported that in Geneva and Zurich, there has been a 30% drop in birth rates.
If Berset is found guilty, he faces up to five years in prison and fines for abusing his office.
Dr. Lee Vliet said that US judges are not deciding cases based on Constitutional points of law, except for religious freedom and religious exemptions. Instead of rule of law, US judges have deferred to the executive branch on matters of medical policy decided by bureaucrats, which is chilling.
Dr. Vliet said that the majority of COVID shots were not given by doctors, but by contractors that were shielded under the liability cover of the US Department of Defense, Health Defense Agency and Health and Human Services.
