An internal MN DOA memo to employees, released by CCHF, stated that starting in July 2021, employees would be required to answer vaccination status alongside daily screenings before they report to work.

The Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF), a national health freedom organization based in Minnesota, opposes the reporting mandate, “Employer vaccine reporting mandates are a pressure tactic, which could lead to unwanted vaccination, vaccine injury, or discriminatory actions by the Minnesota Department of Administration, said Twila Brase, RN, PHN, president and co-founder of CCHF.”
