“There was an impressive turnout at the intersection in front of Health Fairview’s St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota on August 7, 2021, for the #StopTheMandate Rally, organized by Minnesota Frontline Hospital workers who were recently informed they would be required to receive the Covid Vaccine, regardless of natural immunity status, by this fall, or face “Assumed Voluntary Resignation”. The frontline workers were joined by other organizations such as Mask Off Minnesota, and Mask Off Kids Minnesota. While some facilities say they are still developing their “limited” medical and religious accommodation options, thousands of employees who have worked bravely this entire pandemic fear “limited” may mean the end of their careers. They recommend that employees refuse to sign voluntary resignation forms, connect with unions, legislators and local groups who are retaining counsel to address exemptions if they are denied.”

Though it was raining, the people of Minnesota stood strong at St. John’s hospital, advocating for freedom and restoration of rights.
