Questions to ask your sheriff to get him thinking about learning about his authority

“Do you consider yourself a constitutional Sheriff?” 

“Are you familiar with the CSPOA? The Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association?”

“Are you familiar with Sheriff Mack and supreme court case Printz vs. US?”

“If the president or governor writes an executive order to confiscate all AR-15s and AK-47s, or any other guns, and they go door to door using records from the BATF Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. to confiscate guns…“Will you stop that?”

“Will you protect our right to public accommodation? Will you stop police from issuing trespassing citations if business try to discriminate and refuse service to those who don’t wear masks?

Will you prevent police from arresting those who refuse to shut down their businesses, even if the governor or mayor or attorney general orders that the business owner be arrested?

“They’re already talking about forcing us to take vaccinations. Several countries have already listed it that if you don’t have proof on your passport, that you’ve had the vaccination for COVID that you will not be able to travel.  And so you know what’s happening next, if that happens, they’re going to set up roadblocks between states. And if you get proof that you were vaccinated, you go back to where you came from. So you’re going to start planning vacations inside your own state, and maybe they’ll come up with a way to stop that too, to keep people that haven’t been vaccinated home.” Will you stop or arrest people who try to enforce these types of things?
