Atlanta restaurant now refusing people who are not vaccinated

Although the restaurant has served unvaccinated people in the past, recently, three employees and co-owner Armando Celentano tested positive for COVID-19. What is even more interesting is the fact that all four of them were reportedly vaccinated, but still tested positive. Claiming they are part of the “breakthrough cases”, Celentano believes it wasn’t the vaccine but unvaccinated people who exposed them. “We think we were exposed at different times to unvaccinated people.”

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, employees will not check for proof of vaccination due to being short-staffed. Instead, they will only ask if a customer is carrying some sort of proof that they have received their vaccine. This could include the original or digital copy. Patrons must also be willing to show proof if requested. It should also be noted that vaccinations are required for both indoor and outdoor seating.
