The Healthy American reports that Amtrak reversed its no-exceptions vaccine requirement that was to go into effect January 3rd. Employees who were denied religious exemptions filed complaints with the EEOC, and the EEOC stated that it intended to investigate Amtrak. The next day, Amtrak reverse it’s policy! The fact that the federal contractors ‘mandate’ was ended in court was also a aid in this situation.
