The purpose of the Constitution of the United States is to establish limits on the federal government, NOT to establish limits on the rights of the people.Kris Ann Hall, constitutional legal expert
When was the federal government created?
Our states, and the people populating those states, together, created the federal government. Not the other way around.
The constitution is a contract, or in this case, a COMPACT, in which the states, and the people, delegated 19 powers to a new entity to be created (the federal government), and enumerated how those powers are to be exercised by the federal government.
The federal government DID NOT create the states.
The states have authority OVER the federal government.
The federal government may manage the 19 activities delegated to it. All other activities and powers are reserved by the states.
The singular purpose of the sate is to secure the rights of the people – the rights inherently endowed upon us by our creation. It is not the job of the federal government to do this. It IS the job of the state to guard the populace against federal encroachments.
Know the history of our country.
Know the origin of the federal government.
Know the job of the state.

Let’s remove the obstacles to freedom in Minnesota.
Legislators serve the people – US! Using the existing structure of this republic, we can fix freedom, now.
We simply have to be specific, and understand the web of politics, history, policies, and government partners…see the interconnections.
“It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.” – Samuel Adams
Finding our freedom legs.
COVID-19 exposed weaknesses and deceit in Minnesota’s government system. Many Minnesotans spent time learning about previously unrecognized interconnections between laws, policies, agencies, organizations and enforcement.
Minnesota Freedom Action Network is one great way to unite hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans to fix what’s broken.
BE the change you want to see. Change starts with YOU.
Freedom is a lifelong journey, and now that we’ve found our freedom legs, we need to USE them!
Not only do we need to change government policy, but WE need to educate OURSELVES, and change OUR habits!
